At EmbroBee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your custom embroidery product. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will do our best to make it right.
Returns
Since our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for a change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to arrange a return and replacement or refund.

[email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. Please also provide photos of the damaged or defective product, if applicable.
Refunds
If a refund is requested, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned product. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been started in production. Once production has begun, we cannot cancel your order.
