Shipping and Duty
EmbroBee ships made-to-order embroidered items from Vietnam to worldwide so here are some important notes to consider:
• International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which vary by country and are not included in the product price or shipping cost (so please check out duties and taxes of customer’s country before deciding purchase).
• Customers are responsible for paying any customs fees incurred on international shipments at the time of delivery.
• If a package is undeliverable and returned to us, we will issue a refund for the product price only. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
• If a package is seized by customs, no refund will be issued.

Delivery Partner
EmbroBee uses USPS Service to deliver ordered items to customers.
Please note:
- Orders are processed upon payment acceptance and on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding observed holidays by the Post Office).
- If customer’s order needs customization, the production time can be longer depending on the complexity of the request.
- Please ensure to provide the correct delivery address to avoid delays or lost, in case we won’t accept refund.
